Invernalia are a traditional Celtic music band formed in Santa Coloma de Gramenet (Barcelona) in early 2009 by four musicians coming from different bands (Joglars e Senglars, Hambrest, Sláinte, Kábala…). The fifth member joined the band in 2017.

The band play a wide range of traditional and original songs coming from places like Ireland, Scotland, Galicia, Asturias… They play traditional instruments like uilleann pipes, Irish flute, bodhrán, whistles, low whistles, Galician and Asturian bagpipes, accordion, acoustic guitar and double bass, all of which allow them to produce sounds characterised by quality and tradition while delivering dynamic and amusing live performances.

The members of the band have performed with several bands in multiple festivals, venues and theatres across Spain, most notably the Pardiñas Folk Festival, the Celtic Moon Festival in Toledo, International Festival in Lanzarote, Folk Festival in Segovia, the Mercè festival in Barcelona, Sala Bikini, l’Espai…

They have also appeared in the music videos for Joglars e Senglars, Hambrest, Adolfo Osta, Naciones Celtas...
